Ooooh... well it's a lovely sound.... If I had to gues I'd say it was a heavily edited and processed sound, more obviously so by the end when it's going nuts.... I think it's a bowl being tapped..... It sounds like that, and then processed.... That's how I'd make that sound at least....

try getting Rec. Extern by Radian.... it's quite electronic and obviously made by Germans / Austrians... but it's quite good, especially played LOUD (isn't everything?)
